Excellent Customer Service MWW provides a conscientious partnership with business and industrial customers. The Water Quality Manager is available during business hours for answers to questions about MWW water while a 24-hour Control Center covers after-hours concerns and emergencies. Commercial Meter Readers read the meters of our 1,000 largest customers on a monthly basis, and compare current usage to past usage to identify changes in season or monthly patterns and report discrepancies for timely corrective action.
